In July 2025, FOEA2 implored the BOE to implement a District-wide cell phone policy. Since then, FOEA2 has been working with the BOE alongside Screenwise Ann Arbor to pass a policy that best serves all AAPS Students and Teachers.

In 2024, FOEA2 was proud to endorse Glynda Wilks, Don Wilkerson and Torchio Feaster who were all elected to serve on the BOE.
